First, this post from NT Wright responding to the failed vote for women’s ordination as bishops in the Church of England. Wright argues that there is a strong biblical case for women’s ordination which should be the main argument of advocates for women’s ordination, not claims about social “progress” or a need to “get with the times.”

Third, this article about testing being done on a line of jet/rocket engines designed for the first generation of “space planes.” The day in which space travel is part of normal life is getting closer, which is fascinating to think about.
